HOW TO ORDER
To place an order for Vitascents candles, just shop our website and place your desired items into your shopping cart. The first time you enter the shopping cart area, select your shipping location from the drop-down menu and click Recalculate. 6.5% sales tax is added for residents of OH. To change the quantity of an item, just type in the desired number and click recalculate.
If you have a voucher (coupon), be sure to type in your voucher code and click recalculate. Your discount will automatically be deducted from your total.
You have the option to save your address information for the next time you order by checking the designated box at the bottom of the shopping cart. This makes checkout much faster when you return to place another order.
PAYMENT
You may pay for your order with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, check or money order. All personal check orders are subject to a 10-day hold for clearance. Returned checks will be charged a $34 NSF fee, as charged by the bank.
Orders submitted for payment with a check or money order will be held for 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be deleted.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS
As a general rule, all sales are final. Processing normally begins immediately after orders are placed. Approved cancellations due to "buyer's remorse" are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the order has already shipped, once we receive the products back in excellent condition, a refund may be issued at our discretion - less the 15% restocking fee and all shipping and packaging costs.
SHIPPING
I offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 for any size retail order shipped to all contiguous United States. Orders are shipped via FedEx & USPS. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and delivery.
Cincinnati, OH residents can arrange to pick-up instead of having orders shipped. Just make the appropriate selection during checkout.
If your package is damaged during shipping, keep all packaging and products and send an email to: lavita@vitascents.com or call 513-305-0598 to report the damage. Vitascents will take care of your damage claim, however, the carriers require that everything be kept for their viewing. If you do not keep all packaging and products, there is no guarantee that your products will be replaced.
