Vitascents candles are made using soy wax produced from refined soybean oil that is ultimately derived from soybeans, an environmentally friendly, renewable resource. The soy wax is produced from soybeans grown in Kentucky, supporting the agricultural community and in turn, the national economy. Soy wax is free from pesticides and herbicides and burns cleaner with less soot.

Soy wax has a lower melt point and burns 'cooler' than other waxes. It is water-soluble, so unfortunate spills clean up easier with warm, soapy water. When your candles have burned close to the bottom of their containers, you can easily clean out the jars and reuse them in combination with other home décor items.
